To Whom We Return is like a rollercoaster ride between those 2 cycles we’ve known for all our life – Day and Night, Light and Darkness and how we as people relate to them.
The album is my most personal output this far. It was an experiment that lasted four years, sometimes marked as an act of rebellion other times as a personal challenge, but always true to the music.
I want the album to be an invitation for everyone to explore those subtle, more hidden places within one’s self, just to be reminded that down there, you’ve always been free. To be reminded that your human nature is broad and multi-dimensional, and you are perfect the way you are.
I know it’s not an easy listen. I know it might take some time. It took me 4 years to create it and even i don’t understand it completely. But that’s also the beauty of music – it can always reveal something new.I like to think that, if you listen close enough, you’ll discover hidden treasures waiting to be found – some revealed by the light of day and others hidden in the shadows of night.
